This savory beet tart is not only a visual stunner that will impress you guests, but the taste is simply sublime! The beets can be roasted well in advance to save prep time. A wonderful weeknight dinner that comes together very quickly.  All you need is a green salad and a glass of wine to have a very satisfying meal. Beet and Goat Cheese Tart
